How long does it take to finish my order?

Our system processes orders within 1-3 days from the time of purchase. Once processed, we will promptly deliver your order to the courier service you have selected.

What's your exchange and return policy?

In case of defect, wrong orders, or wrong size by our mistakes. We will send you a new product with the right product for free. 

Why does it say "Your order has been cancelled"?

Your order is automatically cancelled if your payment is not confirmed within 24 hours since the time of your order on our website. You should still confirm your payment on website even if you've paid, by uploading payment proof and including your order number to secure your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now, we only ship within Indonesia

Do you accept reseller or dropshippers?
